Fonts

To view the root records in this website correctly, you'll need to download a font for the Musnad script, either the Qatabanic font or Sabaic font, as this font has only recently been included in the latest version of unicode.

Depending on your Operating system, you may also need to download fonts for other scripts as well. Linux users should be able to view all scripts, Windows and OSX users will need to download various fonts, most of which can be found at the Unicode Fonts for Ancient Scripts website.

Quivira - Comprehensive Unicode Font

Quivira is a Unicode font that contains glyphs for many of the scripts included in the Unicode standard. Most of the scripts used in this site are covered by Quivira full list, including the Musnad,

This book is a little dated, and was written before the discovery of Ugaritic but it is still a very good primer on the grammar of the Semitic languages.
